Halloween Fun Part 2!

Green Glowing Ghost: Martha Stewart: To summon a ghost, snap one or two green eight-hour light sticks so they glow, and insert them into a white balloon. Inflate the balloon and tie it closed. Use a black marker to draw a wide-eyed visage.

Cute! I want to make the milk jugs to line our garage on Halloween night. Too bad we get half gallons... I love the alien balloons too.
