New Years Events

So with the New Year quickly approaching, I was wondering, "What is everyone doing?" Are you hosting a huge Soiree, or having a low key get together? Personally I am having a low key get together with a few of my close friends.
After a crazy year, a night spent with close friends is all I want.

Someday, we here at KDC Events are going to plan and Host the most extravagant New Years Event! Ahhhhh. to dream! Someday it will be a reality!

So we are now members of this great social network called Divapreneur, it is filled with women, who too, are in business for themselves. We have already received so much great advice!!! Our first step is to become certified by the Association of Bridal Consultants, and gain more education for event planning.

So I was a little quick on getting our name out there! After I placed our name in a multitude of avenues, I decided I should register a domain name. Seeing as I work for an Internet Marketing company, I should have done this first! WELL... come to find out, CDK Events was already taken...HENCE the quick name change to...
KDC EVENTS!!!!

And so it BEGINS...KDC Events!

So I have decided to embark on this journey of starting my own business...KDC Events.

I have dreamed about becoming an event planner since my sorority days. I think I am pretty good at it, I am well organized and have a knack for keeping things moving!

I am not doing this alone, no. I have the great pleasure to be doing this with my two BEST friends, Katie and Cindy...Hence KDC Events.

With Katie's keen sense of creativity and Cindy's hard work ethic, I think we have a great team.

So here we go...off on our journey.
